Special experience
Hotel left nothing to be desired. On the day of departure, sas luggage was still allowed to be temporarily stored, as the flight was only late in the evening. The perfect holiday as a couple.

Besonders erfreulich ist auch Ihre Wertschätzung unseres Frühstücksangebots, das wir mit einer großen Auswahl gestalten, um allen Wünschen gerecht zu werden. Ihr positives Feedback zum Dachpool mit Bar bestätigt, dass unsere Terrasse ein besonderer Ort zum Entspannen ist. Hinsichtlich der Lage möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass unser Hotel nahe der Metrostation liegt, was eine bequeme Anbindung an das Stadtzentrum ermöglicht, auch wenn wir nicht direkt im Zentrum oder am Strand gelegen sind. Nous vous remercions pour votre mention du bar et la disponibilité des taxis sur place, des services utiles pour nos hôtes. Nous prenons note de vos remarques concernant la télévision défectueuse, les frais pour l'eau en chambre, et le service parfois minimaliste de notre personnel, ainsi que l'absence de service sur le rooftop, particulièrement exposé au vent. Concernant l'emplacement, bien que situé à proximité des transports publics et du centre de conventions, nous comprenons que la localisation puisse ne pas correspondre aux attentes de tous. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que le rapport qualité/prix n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos espérances. Nous espérons toutefois avoir l'opportunité de vous accueillir à nouveau pour une expérience plus conforme à vos attentes.

Nonexistent security and lack of involvement.
What shocked me even more was the total lack of response and interest from the hotel staff. Neither the reception nor the management made any effort to help me, despite my desperate situation, with only a few hours left before my flight home and no identification or financial means.
This indifference and lack of involvement in such a serious issue left me with a bitter feeling and a complete sense of insecurity. It is unacceptable for a hotel of this level to have such poor security measures and to treat incidents like this with such disregard.

Please allow us to clarify that our reception area, while monitored and supervised, is a public space with constant movement of guests and visitors. Unfortunately, as in any open-access area, the hotel cannot assume responsibility for the loss of personal belongings.
