Recommend the hotel for couples and families, but be aware that it is quite far from the city centre and restaurants

Positive:
- We arrived at the hotel a few hours before check-in time, but were lucky that they had a room we could check in at once!
- Nice, ⁇ ined room with good size.
- Nice and big bathroom.
- Both hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and shower soap in the bathroom. In addition, comb, toothbrush and toothpaste, shower caps and more, for guests.
- Good sound insulation and little noise from the hallway.
- Generally nice, nice and neat hotel, both reception, outdoor areas etc
- Two elevators with relatively good space.
- Friendly and service-minded staff
- Possibility to lock valuables in the reception.
- Clean and nice pool
- Daily information about pH in the pool
- Good breakfast available, and possible to order package if you are going out before breakfast opens.
Negative:
- Located in a business area, no restaurants in the immediate vicinity, and a piece to walk to the nearest grocery store.
- For few umbrellas and sunbeds by the pool, there was plenty of room for several such.
There was a safe in the room, but ours didn't work. We told the reception and were offered to lock valuables in the reception, which we agreed to. But there was no talk about fixing the safe in the room.
"Many of the staff speak only basic English, despite having a lot of guests from Norway and the UK. Asking for the nearest grocery shop became clumsy, or other questions beyond what is completely standard.

Breakfast buffet non-existent
Worst of all, prior to booking I wrote to the hotel asking if they had gluten-free areas in their buffet because we were with an intolerant two-year-old. The answer was yes. They had a variety of pipelines (I still keep the mail in case the hotel refuses) When we arrived there was nothing! I asked the bartender where the gluten-free zone was and his answer was that it was over and I was dragging my feet. I told him I had an intolerant two-year-old, that I had paid for breakfast and that I intended to do it. I answered to wait and soon I swiped a plate with literally 4 cupcakes
Recalco, breakfast buffet. That's why I'm going to a coffee shop.
And it wasn’t that it was a specific moment, the next day, chance of life, the gluten-free doughnut was also over and they also took out 4 cupcakes. Since the confidence they gave me was nil, I had already bought in a super breakfast for the child... so I have paid twice for breakfast
I've left very disappointed and deceived.
I won't touch this hotel again
