Very happy I'll be back again

We stayed two nights my husband and I!!, we loved it, the room was super clean, the mattresses very hard, the only thing is the pillow I have cervical problems because I notice it quite. But otherwise everything perfect, the attention of the great staff!! Well located throughout the center, the beach 5 minutes great breakfast, me as soon as I can return again.

Painful, loud, buffet of sorrow

First when we arrived we asked for a room on the top floor, we were told it was the last one left and a lie because in tripavisor we saw availability and much cheaper than directly in the hotel.
We got to sleep the first night and at 2:30 in the morning those in the next room with kids giving the fuck up until so many. Breakfast says buffet and trays all empty.
We say q if we get more food and at 10:30 tells us q is q close at 11.

Hola! Lamento comentarle que es imposible que en otra plataforma distinta a la del establecimiento sea más barato. Supongo que se ha confundido usted y no está mintiendo a propósito. Nuestras más sinceras disculpas por aceptar niños, que cosa más lamentable por nuestra parte.

Correct for one night and the price it has

The reason for the 3 stars is because of the smell of tobacco and pipes that came into the room, we were in room 216, in fact when I got home I had to wash my pajamas because of the smell of tobacco that came in. It's not supposed to You can smoke throughout the hotel, but in the hallway and especially in the room, it seemed like we were smoking inside. The bathroom had quite a smell of tobacco and pipes, quite unpleasant. The pillows were also very low and uncomfortable.
I didn't like it either and what made me feel cheated was that they told me to cancel on Booking and book with them directly because it was €5 cheaper, and then they told me that if I wanted separate beds I had to pay €5 more, that is the same thing it cost me with Booking, and when we got to the room we saw that it was a double bed TOGETHER, which they had separated just 5 cm, literally.
As for the positive, the price, which despite being in the center has a very good price and is quite quiet, if you are a smoker or do not mind bad smells, to spend a night it is fine. I also have to thank the availability to help us with what we need.

Good, cheap, helpful!

Good experience!! Room was clean with double bed which is normally problem.. Bathroom was little small but enough..For very good price totally satisfied!
Very helpful people.. we left there some clothes in the room and after one week they still had it for us!

Lovely budget hotel

Sonia and Emilio very helpful couple with very good English
Budget hotel but with all you require and very clean
Payed 15 euros per night extra for secure parking but well worth it as meant car was at hotel rather than a car park a distance away
We had air con, wifi , big balcony and large room with ensuite
