Great location and comfortable place right on the main street in the old-town area. Minuses are that there is NOT free parking available on-site, and the cleaning fee is rather excessive for a short booking.

Should have been better considering the cost

The location of this apartment was excellent but other than that it did not achieve usual international standards . There were no laundry facilities ( the whole point of having a flat ) , not even an ironing board and iron . There was no kettle , water had to be heated in a saucepan and limited cooking facilities . When I phoned up to ask for an iron and a kettle the manager said he’d send them over but none appeared in the 10 days I was there . There was no human contact , entrance was by an app downloaded to one’s phone . The flat was clean with large flat screen TV ( Netflix didn’t work and no English TV Chanel’s .

If you want to sleep: discouraged.

In the apartments with façade to the main street and views of the church it is absolutely impossible to sleep because of the noise of the outside (people passing by, people partying, people ordering, trash truck) due to the zero soundproofing of their windows, which also do not close completely. Of four people, only one, quite deaf, could sleep. Conversations and noises in the street could be heard despite wearing earplugs. As a result: two whole nights with hardly any rest. In addition the apartments have several damage, door of the room that does NOT close, bad tables, curtain bars about to detach, lack of basic elements such as blankets, extra pillows or cushions. Not to come back. The pictures very cute, the insufferable reality and also very expensive, the apartment 260 euros a night.

Spacious apartment

Good apartment in the center of Salamanca, located in the street Villa next to the shops and near monuments, our apartment had view to the church, very clean everything,
It has a dishwasher , sachet with pad and balleta (very curious).
You enter with a code at check-in.You have a phone to call 24 hours a day for any problem, very attentive at all times.
The only hit I'd put is that you hear noise, but clear if you have light sleep.
The apartment is great and very spacious.
