BEST HOTEL EVER IF ON BUDGET

IT WAS THE BEST 10/10 my bff and I went there they were sososososo nice. GOOD SERVICE. Yeah there were a bug or two under the bed but nothing major. Deff recommend if you on a LOW LOW LOW VERY LOW budget! they cleaned up some dog sh*t to from a random dog that was in our room for FREE. it had flees but that's okay.

very dirty, many bugs in the room

the hotel rooms are nice, beds are not very big ( a couple will barely fit ) but luckily we had two.
front desk personnel was nice ( exception made for one rude woman ).
unfortunately all of this goes away when you have bugs coming out from under the bed, from inside the bed, from under the toilet seat and from the sink.
I’m glad that the receptionist called the exterminators, but this is still unacceptable.

The service was excellent from check in, room service and breakfast. Everyone was accomodating. Staff were proud of the pending upgrades and shared details.

Not the best

Sketchy area, decent rooms, breakfast was ok, I have a one star because the hold charge for incidentals. The receptionist that was there in the morning of April 26 2025 wasn't the most professional or welcoming. I'm usually able to see it put back right away but didn't see it. Will never book again.

Spacious room especially good for large groups of people with free breakfast. Walking distance to National Arboretum and National Bonsai and Penjing Museum. You need a car to get around other tourists spots. First floor rooms that are close to the street intersection are noisy. The shower faucet in my bathroom has cold/hot switches installed wrong, with cold side having the hot water.
