A place to discover without hesitation!
The rooms have everything you need, are clean and the cushions... a pure happiness! If you had to give a pti flat, it is the outside ventilation that makes noise on the small terrace (room garden view). If you stay outside a little bit or with the window open it is boring.
The staff is welcoming, warm, available, smiling. A particular nod to Oihana who is a very nice, attentive person, who welcomed us joyfully.
A crush on our family.

In 1 word perfect.
Although there were only few guests the breakfast containt everything you find in a larger scale hotel.

Dinner was 1* level with delicious sea anemone as speciality

How to describe such a pleasant surprise
Since we made the reservation that we were attended by Ane friendly and giving a service of 10 , when we arrived your situation we loved , a unique privileged place unrepeatable of Zarautz
On arrival we had the registration car registered to access the parking , you enter the hotel and everything you love , the delicacy and selection of everything chosen with so much love and beauty .
They have put the best of the best furniture materials all as if they were hosting the best guest, selected for us.
With an elegant sobriety style that gives a peace and is super welcoming
On arrival we were attended by Oihana at the reception and she was very kind explaining and welcoming us
Then we went down to the cafeteria and Argitxu attended us
With a love from the first moment, so noble and always taking care that we were okay,
What to say about the eggs he prepares as a prize!
We also received Rafael a charm!
We dined in his restaurant that I recommend, elegant and good product, rich and carefully made
In the afternoon Maialen attended us, who with her smile and kindness make you feel at home
The next day we met Izar the cleaning lady, wanting everything to be okay.
And we were lucky to meet Jokin, the hotel director who has always generously attended us and delighted to help with all questions, stay and with his good taste and professionalism, make this gem a fantastic experience
Thank you all are incredibly friendly, helpful and professional who make this hotel a family. Captained by some owners with a humility that we have been able to verify and by a director who is one more among all and with a staff of 10 !!!
