Great customer service

The staffs customer service was amazing. The breakfast was on time and checked regularly. The only downside was that they were out of salt, but it wasn't really needed. The building itself needs some work. You could get in the back door but you could not go out of it, which frightened me at first. There were uncovered hardwires exposed in the ceiling of the room. The sink did not drain well, and the shower leaked even with the curtain closed.
I would still stay again because great customer service is hard to come by.

Unpredictable

This hotel is very up and down.One time is a good stay and the next one is not good at all.The one in Valdosta GA and Tampa FL are very different, here it feels like the Front desk employees are the only ones that can give good customer service.The rest just looks miserable and they show it.

Outstand Experience

Very nice facility. The staff was friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure our group was taken care of. My room was clean and comfortable. I was very satisfied with the amenities provided such as the breakfast and 24 hour coffee bar. Yes I will stay here again

Not worth the price paid. Hotel is in need of serious upgrade. Telephone did not work. Lighting was POOR. Had to open the blinds at night to let parking area lighting come in to see computer key board. Hot water took over 5 minutes to reach the tub/sink. Windows leaked when it rained.

Everyone was so kind. Nicest staff ever!

The nicest staff we've ever encountered at any lodging establishment.
Disappointed that the swimming pool was not yet open, but not their fault (they were awaiting inspectin by the public health authorities) . Only one ice machine working, but signage clearly states this and directs you to the working machine.
Highly recommended, and would not hesitate to stay there again.
