The accommodations, the staff, the accessibility, the parking, everything was to my satisfaction! The hotel is beautiful and very clean! I will definitely stay there again.

I was put into a smaller room than booked. It didn’t have the separate seating area and was small. Hair in the shower and on the toilet. Looked like sheets on bed were not changed so I slept in the other bed. I overplaid for this room and will not stay at this hotel again. It is such a pain to report and get a resolution from Hotels.com when there is an issue so I didn’t bother and since the hotel was full according to the front desk I didn’t ask for another room. It would have just made it worse to have to move my bags given I was exhausted from traveling.

Watch out for breakfast charges

First the good.
Rooms are well setup (e.g., walk-in shower) and clean
Desk staff is kind and courteous.
However, had to post unfavorable review because of their breakfast policy.
They have separate charges for hot food, cold food, and fruit.
If you add a piece of toast and piece of fruit to hot plate, cost balloons from $14 to $28 for each person.
As a Diamond member, the many other HGIs where I have stayed all include the full buffet with their hot breakfast option, not a subset.
Furthermore, dining staff is unpleasant in communicating these extra charges.
With other nearby options that do not nickel and dime their guests, doubt we will be staying here again.

I do apologize that your stay regarding breakfast was unpleasant. We do set ourselves at a high standard when it comes to our guests feeling welcome and warm. A problem at the Hilton! Stay ! Stay away until improved!

This "could be a nice" hotel but has several concerning issues! Positive notes, the "minimal staff" were very nice. We had many issues of items needed in the room and just not there not there. No soap, asked for HH water, no towels, no bed spread. The bed skirt was an old velveteen "something" from another room, folded to try to cover the bottom mattress, one lamp only and basic cleaning. We were told that room cleaning- service, was only done every 3 days. For wake up calls, we had to call a number and since no staff was at the desk that evening, I am presuming the call was not answered by someone in the hotel. The night before our arrival I called the hotel directly for information and the gentleman that assisted me was in South Africa.
The shade that covered the window was electric and a button operated it. The second time we used it, it quit! We called the front desk and there was one person working the entire hotel. This "excellent" employee was Jared... he deserves a raise and gold stars. Polite, patient , intelligent and one of the few positive statements I can make about this pitiful Hilton property. The shade covering the one window was out of order and the window has to be covered. Jared came to the rescue and found a hammer, and a few screws. After 30 minutes, Jared and my husband managed to screw some ole sheets and spread over the window to cover it. Thankful this was our last night.
Hilton is our "go to" brand but this was a totally new Hilton experience. Never again!!!
Could be a nice hotel, very minimal staff, minimal everything.
Someone, please check this hotel out, help it, manage it, maintain it or close it!!! The Hilton brand does not want to represent a property that has just been so neglected.
