Very nice hotel. Have stayed there many times when I come to Greeley for family reasons.

Not a great stay/disappointed

The esthetics of this hotel are okay lobby wise. But as we were traveling 9 hours away from home with children and staying for a couple days we didn't know that the pool was being renovated and there was no wifi. When we asked about these things, we were told they had people working on it that day. My husband said at 8pm? No...they certainly did not. The room we stayed in was a 2 queen bed suite. The ceiling looked like it might have had some water damage and the bathroom is outdated...lots of water damage. Beds were comfortable in this room though. Breakfast is not anything exceptional. Not sure what the sausage is made of. If you do go for food, stick with the yogurts and cereal and maybe a waffle. We did call accommodation and there was no answer back to receiving a refund for the next night so we could find another hotel for our kids to enjoy a pool and also wifi. These days a lot of devices require an internet connection and there was none here. Consider another hotel if a business trip for sure. All in all what we thought would be a great hotel was not.

Everything was great, but online it says that their pool would be open after a short stint of construction during our stay. But upon check-in, the pool was in fact, still closed for construction, but not advertised prior to our check-in. They were able to let us go to the Doubletree to use the pool, but it was super inconvenient and I likely would have purchased a different hotel if I knew this. We were going with a three-year-old so the pool was really the selling point.

Booked the hotel because it had a hot tub. Arrived and it had no water in the pool or hot tub. Ceiling rafters hanging down in pool area. But the front desk gentleman was very nice and made cookies for the quests.

Booked this hotel over the otheres in the same area due to having a pool and hot tub, just to find out both were down due to construction.
