The gentleman at the front desk was so nice and had tje patience of a saint while i tried to unravel all the errors i made booking my stay online using one of my pay-over-time apps, I made a colossal mess of simple booking that took about two hours to fix but he was nice about it and let me do what I had to do in the lobby and once it sll got figured out he just handed me my key with a smile and told me to have a good night. Somebody give yhat man a raise!

Jumping roaches dirty

The roaches jump on you and start getting in your shoes and clothes..they can’t call a manager because they say the people are in India..it’s really bad like staying on the street would be better..I wouldn’t stay here if I had too they don’t not care about this property at all

WORST EVER!!

This is probably the worst hotel anywhere. The rooms smell awful, There are cigarette wholes burnt in the blankets and dirty finger prints on the door frames.When I complained about the smell he gave me some air freshener to spray but it only masked the smell for a short time.
Housekeeping came one time in three days ,left new towels but never made the bed. When asked about it he said she had done our room but I spilled chips on the floor but they were still there when we left.
The hotel is mostly occupied by people who live there and are very noisy.
It is not fit to be rented but I booked thru Expedia and didn't know how to get out .I have contacted Hotel 6 head office and Expedia about the conditions. The hotel does not look like the pics .Front counter is all closed in and not inviting and not very pleasant.If you give them a good rating they will give you a free Soda!!
I would not start there again even if it was free!! STAY AWAY

They are so unprofessional the lady in the office was yelling at me in front of my two kids and she was telling other people who don't work there my business the house keeping was not doing their job my kids was bitting by bugs and the lady didn't care about that at all

This place is the definition of uninhabitable conditions

This place is horror movie level uninhabitable. The owner upped his rating on here because there is no way actual people stayed there with the mold on the ceilings/walls, mold so over taking your eyes burn and you can’t breathe, blood on the floor/headboards, roaches and bed bugs, holes in the walls and furniture, the electrical outlets and cords ready to burn the place down at any second, and the second story walkway a day away from detaching and falling on someone. There is NO WAY. If you’re in the area and feel like you need to do some good in the world, go visit that hotel (don’t bother booking a room you won’t stay longer than 5 min and you won’t get your money back from the manager/owner) and then report them to the Texas Department of health that oversees hotels. Those people should be arrested for putting peoples health and lives at risk and holding out their hand for payment to do it. Shame on them.
