The tv did not work. It kept shutting off. Netflix would not load. The beds are super hard and difficult to sleep on. The pillows are super flat.

We stay at this hotel everytime we visit my son in college. The hotel staff is always helpful and nice. The beds are clean and comfortable. The hotel room is always clean. I will be staying again!

The good: Staff was very nice, pleasant, and helpful. There was plenty of hot water and the room was clean.
The bad: The property is undergoing renovation, but my room had not been updated. Looked nothing like the photo on the listing. The mini fridge was missing the entire freezer section, and the microwave had a broken turntable function making it tricky to evenly heat up food. There was an ironing board in the room but the iron holder above it was empty. And there were no plungers in the sink or the bathtub. One of the rooms next to me had been re-purposed and someone in there or another nearby room kept the TV blasting all night. I had stayed here several years ago and it was a good experience. Sadly, the location and clientele seem to have declined in the years since.

It was awful smelling of smoke they left me a room that was far from the picture I booked there was a bag over the smoke alarm and creepy wires out the wall
