We LOVED our stay here. Fabulous views and right on the beach. Such a beautiful, well maintained hotel. Service was excellent & the staff is so friendly. Laundry facility is easy to use and convenient. The area for the dogs is well maintained and spacious. Perfect place for a family vacation with the pup! We will be back!

We had to switch rooms because the first one we were put in was dirty. Hair in sink, hair on door handle, stains on bedding, front of dishwasher sticky. I originally stripped the bed and we were going to sleep under a blanket I brought but they told us we could switch rooms. The next room was clean, however the bedding broke me and my husband out on our face and arms with a rash so we had to go buy bedding to put on the bed so we didn’t wake up with a rash each day. The staff was friendly, but house cleaning would not replace toilet paper or remove used towels or bedding throughout week so we had to place them in hallway to be removed. I ended up having to go to the front desk to ask for towels and toilet paper, which we were told would be brought to our room but wasn’t. They called to confirm what we needed, but never came so I had to call again only for them to tell me I could come pick it up from front desk. For almost $2000, I was highly disappointed with the room. Will not stay here again and will warn people who come to Myrtle beach to stay away from here. With all that being said, the staff themselves was very nice and friendly.

The only positive point is the location. Right in front of the ocean. Not so clean and the hallways are dirty.
Grime reigns.
The bad surprise was the cost for drinks that we brought from home. We travelled with dogs and because the room has a kitchenette, we brought food and non-alcoholic drinks from home, so the dogs are not left alone. They charged us for the drinks stating that they were from their marketplace. I told them to check their video cameras. At the end, the Manager decided to give the money back. The charge was for $13, not much but the scarry thing is that you have a kitchenette, and they charge you for your food or drinks if the packaging matches their marketplace?
When I asked to verify and check the video system, he said "maybe somebody just give your room number". This is even scarier because it means you can charge a lot to a room that is not yours.

Maintenance guys, you rock! Thanks for being prompt! The breakfast was outstanding as well!
Just remember if you go to myrtle beach in the off season amenities offered with online deals are not offered
In that time frame. Like 2 hot tubs and a bar with a band and 3 restaurants

Wonderful overnight accommodations for a quick New Years trip for hubby and I. Ever staff member we encountered was professional and friendly. Hotel and our room was clean. We had an issue with our toilet and maintenance was up within 5 mins of our call to repair.
