perfect
arrived 28th april and left 6th may. this hotel was perfect for what we needed, rooms were spacious,clean and comfortable. all staff were really friendly and nice, victor inside bar was cool , matt and angel outside were really good,
the pool area was nice and no issues with getting sun lounger.
hotel was fantastic for what we needed.
would stay again

Dare I say “Friends”
And lastly Judy the attendant for the daily banquet shift. Always grateful and cheerful and made sure our meals came out hot. I stayed for four weeks and I definitely noticed when she wasn’t there taking care of us.
I appreciate the time the employees, dare I say friends, put in so much effort to make me at home and cared for.

Rooms very spacious and clean. Could do with more storage for clothes though.
Facilities are good. Games room aswell as pool bar and cafe area. Pizza is tasty.
Bonus that they have a Starbucks in the cafe as well.
Multiply parking spaces.

Believe the bad reviews!
Firstly, our room is very dark and dingy does not look anything like the photos despite the fact we paid extra for a “deluxe room”. There is what appears to be damp on the walls and you are not allowed to turn the air con off! So we both had sore throats & coughs the whole time. Plus, the air con is so loud that when it cycles on / off it jolts you up from sleep so we woke up every 3-4 times per night every single night we were here.
This hotel also tried to charge me £600 for resort fees. They took £300 then tried to take another £300 which very fortunately was declined by my bank!
Before you start thinking ‘why was this not discussed with reception’. We tried. Multiple times. Every time we went to reception we spoke with the same lady who genuinely spoke to us as if we were below her & was so rude to us even at check in before any of these issues had occurred. As previous reviews have stated, this hotel will genuinely make you feel ignored and then stupid if you dare to even so much as ask a question.
Also note: there is no shade around the pool so if you are planning any resort pool days that is not really possible at this hotel. Shuttle service is fine but can be very long (i.e over an hour). This is not the end of the world, but if you are thinking about booking this hotel because of the cheap price / extra benefits then I promise, it’s not worth it. You will only spending more money on taxis to go other places.
Overall, could be manageable if you were staying a night or two but any longer and it is really not worth it. I never really write negative reviews but I really wish I’d believed the ones I read on here before I booked. We have previously stayed at the sister hotel, Avanti International for two weeks and wish we had booked there instead or just stayed at a villa.

Additionally, your comments about the lack of shaded areas at the pool and the long shuttle ride have been noted. We understand how important these amenities are, especially during longer stays, and we are actively working to improve the overall guest experience.
