All was great over all. I reserved a single bed room and we ended up with two double beds in a handicap room. Did not appreciate the handicap tub rail. It made it hard to get in and out of the shower, and our bed was small. Otherwise, we enjoyed the hot springs and the rustic charm. The maintenance guy right next to our room 117 was playing a radio kinda loud early in the morning. Banging noise at times.

Always a wonderful stay! The attention the detail is clear and this place has a ton to offer. The new hot spring tubs are great and the restaurant is always delicious.

We had a great stay. The staff was helpful. The restaurant was great both the food and the waitress. Walking distance to the shopping both for gifts and food.

The staff is great. We had to switch rooms from one night to the next, and they held our bags for us. When I somehow left my pillow behind, housekeeping had it for me. And despite the hotel being full, the hot springs times were short enough to accommodate many private soaks while being long enough to work their magic. The views are spectacular. I don’t mind the older rooms, as long as they keep their prices low! We did let them know that the group soaking tub is a quiet dream, whereas the private booking tub was LOUD-sucking water through a pipe that wasn’t under water, while the cold was splashing in, making it hard to hear one another without yelling a bit. Hope they remedy that!
