Ok after reading some previous reviews we weren’t sure about this place . We arrived just as they were opening for the season and to our surprise they had just done a major renovation. We were the first ones to stay in our newly renovated room . The room was great and the shower was one of the best we came across on our roadtrip . The staff (Helen) was very nice and helpful. Quick drive to P-town and other surrounding areas. Loved the calm of the setting of this hotel and THE VIEWS are outstanding

Thank you for the great review and I am thrilled you enjoyed the renovated room! We completed all our renovations for the non pet friendly rooms this past off-season and will be renovating all the pet friendly rooms this next off-season. We also renovated our dog park, tennis court and will continue to renovate the grounds this season and next. We hope you come back and visit us again to see more upgrades!

This Hotel staff were kind upon check in. The room was very dirty to me. There was a number of ticks found in my mattress and thankfully able to remove with no issues. I also noted yhe bathroom to be dirty with tub not so clean. We did pay a decent amount for this room so I was hoping for at least some more cleanliness than we found. I couldent sleep well at night knowing the room had a door which had a large gap under neath as well. Would not return.

Lovely hotel with great views of the ocean from our room and deck. Staff was very helpful. Room was brand new, very clean and having a fridge and microwave in the room was great.

The room was newly remodeled and spacious. Was also exceptionally clean. The breakfast they served had cereals, eggs, yogurts, danishes, and bagels. There was also coffee, juices and ice water. Location was minutes from the beach and could see the ocean from my room. I will definitely stay here again. Excellent value.

We loved our stay- the front desk staff were very nice, the views were beautiful and a nice walk to the seashore. We didn’t have our pets but like that it is dog friendly. Everything was clean, bed was comfortable, will definitely stay again.
