I reserved a room with a couch and fold out bed. Although my room was fine, there was only a chair and the bed. No couch. The staff was friendly and helpful. Top notch. The restaurant menu was VERY limited, and nothing appealed to us, so we ordered Uber Eats for dinner. Side note: I am an avid coffee drinker and enjoyed the Keurig in the room. I brought my own Kcups and bought some half and half at a nearby 7-11 to keep in the fridge since they only could offer powdered creamer. Otherwise, it was clean, comfortable and I will continue to stay at Mariott hotels. (Also, an actual tub would be nice. I like to lounge in the tub, and there are only showers. Maybe there's a reason for that? IDK. And a microwave.)

It was okay

It was okay place and didn’t enjoy the stay much. It is not kids friendly and also the restrooms are tiny with sharp fittings.
It’s outside of the Boston, so people looking to stay suburbs it’s good place, lots of nearby restaurants.
Near most of the offices and corporate centers.

Good Waltham visit

It’s a fairly typical courtyard. Many of the courtyards I’ve stayed at since Covid have gone down hill. I was happy that this one has been well taken care of. The bathroom needed a small cleaning but they took care of it right away. The bistro food is surprisingly very good with very nice service. The front desk always pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is very clean and lovely- looks to be recently updated. Spacious room, very friendly employee at the front desk checking us in. Will definitely return!

We stayed here due to the proximity to Lexington and Concord for the 250th celebration. Check in was super easy around 4:45pm. We went out to dinner and came back around 8pm. We were only there for 7 hours total before needing to be up and out by 3am to get to Lexington for the battle reenactment. It was a great place to sleep, get a shower, and grab a quick drink downstairs at the bar. The room was spotless and the staff were friendly, even when checking out at 3am. We would stay here again when coming up to the area to visit.
