From checking in/out, using the onsite gym/laundry room are very clean. We have used the pool facility once with plenty of clean/dry pool towels on site.
I have read other reviews good and bad. I can only rate my from our experiences at this location. The staff are very friendly or quick to any items we might need (coffee creamy, sugar or utensils.
It would be nice if the property would have more TV channels or provider in rooms, bar to stay open a little later since it is a "bar".
Thank you very much for the hospitality. Keep up the great job you do, since customer service industry isn't easy "and NO the customer isn't always right".

At Hilton Garden Inn Visalia, guest security and satisfaction are top priorities, and we take all lost item reports seriously. Upon receiving your missing item report, our team took immediate and thorough steps to assist, including reviewing our camera footage, ultimately concluding that your laptop was not at this hotel. It was non-conclusive that this device was left in your room and we immediately encouraged you to contact the authorities.
Unfortunately, during the course of our investigation, there was no clear information given to us about where within the hotel the item may have been left, and no indication it was seen on property after your departure. We also understand that your device later pinged at a location outside of our hotel.
While we are always committed to assisting our guests to the fullest extent possible, we must clarify that the hotel cannot assume responsibility for personal belongings left behind or lost. We strongly encourage all guests to double-check their rooms prior to checkout to help avoid these unfortunate situations.
We’re truly sorry that your experience fell short of expectations. While we respectfully disagree with the characterization that our team was unwilling to assist, we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the extensive steps we took on your behalf.

Brand new hotel with no car charger

Regarding the lack of an electric vehicle charger, we completely understand your frustration.
