A Majestic Escape: Crown Regency Hotel, Makati City's Premier Oasis of Hospitality!
My stay at the Crown Regency Hotel Makati was nothing short of magical. What truly sets the hotel apart is its unparalleled service. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive assistance throughout my stay together with my partner, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our visit was perfect. Their genuine hospitality made us feel like royalty from beginning to end. I can't wait to return and experience the unparalleled hospitality once again!

Depends on price at time of booking
Each room has a completely different cleaning level. It was a separate room for four people on business, but it was like, who has water, who doesn't, who has toilet paper, who doesn't, who has bath towels, who doesn't, who has amenities, who doesn't? Which is the standard, he said.
Speaking for myself, there are no toothpaste cups, broken showers, broken toilet paper holders, no water, etc.
Incidentally, even if I've done it many times, I'm not stubborn enough to add it to my notes.
The good thing is that there is a sense of cleanliness, the location.
Let's say it depends on the price.
Some sites give it a 4 star rating, but you might be disappointed if you think you can stay there.

P2,000 for staining a worn stinky Hotel Towel
I want to express my disappointment during and after my stay at the Crown Regency Hotel-Makati. I made my booking at Agoda. On Jan 31, 2025, I checked in at the Crown Regency Hotel-Makati and booked two rooms for myself and my relatives. I was not impressed so with my relatives how the hotel Hallway & room smelled. A foul odor/smell in the air. The toilet blocks the bathroom door from opening freely. The toilet flush & sink faucet are broken. There is no rubber floor matting from the tub that could put anyone at risk of slipping on. The towels worn stinks-smells “nalumlun”. I called to have the towels replaced and I was informed that since I just checked in there would be a charge for the request. The employee at the front desk at the time I checked in was Mariane.
On our first morning, I was surprised that the breakfast was plate serving and not buffet as I expected. I remember paying for the breakfast buffet price when I placed my booking at Agoda. The atmosphere in the breakfast lounge was like you were in grade school. Personnel at the breakfast counter takes the order by detail and slowly one by one, you are like in “Karinderia.” We were treated like outsiders-no empathy, no courtesy.
We checked out early morning of Feb 2. I left my car at the parking lot in front of the Hotel with the consent of the Hotel Front Desk. On that day I received a text message through Viber from Mariane (Front Desk Employee) I didn't see it until after the fact, this is what she wrote “Hi sir good morning po. This is Maine po from Crown Regency Hotel - Makati. This is regarding room 322 sir, upon room checking po, housekeeping found 1 bath towel with lipstick stain, sir. And nagadvice po sila to charge po sir. As per housekeeping sir if make up stain kasi sir mahirap na sya maalis and magleleave po ng mark.”
When I returned to the Hotel that night, I went into the Hotel to use the toilet and on my way out the doorman got my attention and directed me to Maine. Maine told me about exactly what she wrote in her message to me. I was so disappointed and I did not want to argue since I was tired from a long trip, I just paid the P2,000 (I was not offered a receipt) and left and mentioned to Maine that I will file a dispute.
I’d been in different Hotels, 5 star Hotels, you can name it but this is the first time that a Hotel charged me a stained towel. My personal reason in choosing this Hotel to stay in for 2 nights was a big mistake. I regret booking again at this Crown Regency Hotel. I will never will and I’ll see it to it that this experience will be shared with the public.

Good location
Great value gor money. Walkjng distance to glorietta & connecting malls. No early check in. Asked for P2k refundable deposit. Also asking addl P150 for extra room key. Towels & sheets are old. Most staff are friendly. Japanese resto next to hotel. Across are mercury drug, pan de manila, beauty salon. Walking distance to korean convenience store. Hard to sleep here coz very near the road & rooms are not sound proofed, can hear motorists inside. I did not finish my booking. I transferred to another hotel.

Stay away if possible
Dimly-lit hallways, no soundproof walls (my friends & i all heard some nasty noises from another room), weak AC on the reception area, sockets/wall plugs not firmly fixed on the wall, etc.
