It is a tiny room but tidy and calm, near Place Carnot. Very well-located and friendly staff!

Miserable establishment and experience

A hotel with no shampoo and no heating twice I check in with them, with blood on the sheets, with a deplorable service and a deontological team that doesn't even say hello to these guests. Who offered to leave who reimbursed me because 3 people came 10m to my room to talk business. After being refunded I got for the same price a room at Pullman Hotel much better! Last time you will see 900€ spend in 5 days from home and be consider looking wrong like that. Discriminatory and racist staff who basically do not accept the success of foreigners who speak English French at the same time and who have a tooth against the constructive criticism of his client from the EHL Master and former manager of the 4 stars in Geneva. They want to create a hospitality management that does not fit into any international hotel standards even the cheapest of the formula 1 kind and it is better than the bottom.
We look forward to telling the truth about what still exists on earth unfortunately.

Nice surprise in hyper center

Conveniently located near the pole station
Easy parking on the street or in the nearby public car park
In hyper center and near restaurants and bars
Comfortable room with quality bedding
Buffet breakfast with quality products
Only downside, the people at the reception are a little cold (except the night receptionist)
I'll go back.

When searching for hotel room I always make sure they have air conditioning. This one was listed as having AC but apparently they turn it off completely in the fall/winter months but it was nearly 70F and they put us on the top floor which made it even warmer. We resorted to leaving the windows open but then mosquitos got in and I got bit numerous times. Found other bugs in the room as well. Would not recommend, at least not in the cooler months.
