Good But Could Be Better
The hotel is well located ,with easy access to public transport and is close to many charming and interesting restraunts and bars .The rooms are small , a little cramped for the longer stay , but the bed was comfortable and the area quiet of an evening.
We had issues with Housekeeping , removing item from our room that we had requested from reception , neglecting to replace towels on a number of occasions and we believe damaging personal property accidentally, and not informing us .
The breakfast was also “Disappoint”, staff were not helpful and at times rude and abrupt , hot food when available was “Just”
warm , tables never cleared , and cold selection poorly presented.
Could be Great Again , some of the departments just need to work on their Customer Skills.

Nice hotel and good location, very small rooms
Big flaw is that we had the smallest room in the hotel, but also that all standard double rooms only have a bed of 1.4 meters. So hell! Our room was so small you could only get in one by one, so bad nights. For those prices, a 1.6m bed should be the strict minimum.
