Couple getaway
The next day everything changed our good experience of the first night, we woke up without light from 4 am. no one approached us to report what was happening with the light, we were not offered options and we were referred to eat at a local restaurant (White Tuna) this restaurant also without light, offered us a wonderful experience, especially why all the staff tried to give their best despite the lack of electric power. In each margarita we had been assured that the light would return at 2 pm and so we decided to stay one more night, but we discovered that we were lied to because the problem was different and more serious, which although we could understand nobody took the trouble to explain. The staff (not everyone) did their best and effort to attend to us and we finally decided to stay 2 more nights.
The place is very nice to come for a weekday getaway (I don’t even want to think about what the experience will be like on the weekend without trained staff) because in low occupancy they did NOT clean the room in 2 days, I do not imagine that it can happen with 10 or 15 occupied rooms.
That I can rescue from this experience, the attention of Dimas, Daniel and Cayito (the latter was the only one who offered an apology for the inconvenience) but in the end they were the ones who listened to our demands and sought the best possible way to attend to us, even when the issue of light was solved until the third day and we spent 12 more hours without light.
While the staff made the experience better, if I think you have to put a head in charge and keep an eye on emergencies and maintenance.
