Budget-friendly

We stayed for single day. This is just walking distance from the station. This side is better in Paharganj. We had three ac rooms. All rooms were cleaned, spacious and safe. Bathroom was also cleaned and hygiene. Room rate was affordable. Food was also tasty and maintained its quality. Staff were attentive and cordial. They can arrange for car in reasonable rate.

Illmannered staff

They use to trap you by quoting low rates but at the time of billing they dont remember any thing. While billing two counter people viz. Lala and Shubham Tripathi refused harshly to confirm with their staff for the rates quoted. Their behavior confirmed that they are extremely manner less and uneducated, uncivilized people who don't even know how to talk. Dont expect any room service. Avoid stay as few good hotels are nereby.

Reasonable

Stayed here for 4 nights to do some shopping at the end of 3 weeks visit.
Hotel interior is reasonable - hotel has good finishing but presentation can be kept high with proper cleaning. Staff generally are okay and there to help. Food was good and reasonably priced. Has a shared dining room with hotel next door but okay.
WiFi was very unreliable and connection can be lost anytime. In the end we didn't have any Internet for 2days and on enquires, the repair person was still coming, maybe still walking from another state.

Decent Accommodation in Heart of city.

I had pleasant stay at Hotel Chanchal Dx. staff was cooperative, rooms were spacious and clean unlike most of the hotels around the hotel is location is perfect it is not on main Arakashan road which is too crowded and loud but 2 minutes walk from main street with lot of restaurants etc around. its on Walking distance from New Delhi Station, it cost about 300-350 INR to get here from Airport by Uber if you train Railway Metra it will cost you 50 INR, I would not mind staying here again.
