Terrible Experience: Misleading Advertisement and Disastrous Management at Hotel Apna Palace
The entire ordeal dragged on until 3 am, leaving my family distressed and exhausted. It is unacceptable that the hotel failed to ensure the availability of the rooms we reserved and allowed such a chaotic situation to unfold. Moreover, the behavior of the managing director was disgraceful. His obnoxious attitude towards us, as paying customers, was appalling, and I have recorded evidence of his disrespectful behavior.
Hotel Apna Palace must be held accountable for their misleading advertisement of AC rooms and their disastrous management of guest accommodations. I urge potential guests to reconsider staying at this establishment until they can guarantee the quality of their services and the professionalism of their staff.

Wedding Function in July
The rooms were neat and comfortable, but the service was non existant. Since we were is such a big group we did not mind, since most of the time we were in each others' rooms. The staff at the reception would simply evade our requests and the rest of the staff in the hotel did a permanent disappearing act!
In the main function, being held in the conference room, it was completely self service right from searching for the AC switches to switching on the ACs, to setting up the chairs for extra guests.
The food variety was nice, and food was good. However, all the food arrangements were made for us specially, so we did not get to eat in the restaurant as a normal guest would.
The hotel had parking for a few cars, but when the local guests arrived for the function, then parking became an issue.

Poor AC, inappropriate business practices
AC was not working in any room or hall despite several complaints.
Bathroom and towels were not clean.
Even in final settlement they asked for more money then justified in name of tax, which was already in the package.
All in all a bad experience, will never go back.
