Luxurious hotel with epic views, wonderful meals, and amazing staff!
The beds are dreamy and so comfortable and I sleep so well here! (Hard to find in Bali!) We also stayed in one of the rooms that had our own private plunge pool which was epic! Their team here also is so kind and they always help to make my stay so wonderful.
Also, their new in house dining menu is incredible! We had both breakfast and lunch during our stay because we didn’t want to leave our gorgeous space. Both meals were beautifully presented and really delicious!
If you are considering this place, go for it ❤️ you won’t be disappointed!

Enjoyed our stay
The food is amazing!!! They have the best tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwhich which my kids ordered everyday during our stay. I loved the avovado toast too.
Villa is very well mentained. Kitchen utensils is very clean. The Villa rooms and living area is clean and comfortable.
The view is amazing! Highly recommend this place.

They cancelled my booking day before check-in due to their system double booking
We had booked Amrita villa for our anniversary through the Uluwatu Sunset Hills website and there was 50% off on their site. My booking was confirmed via Whatsapp, where they noted they were looking forward to helping us celebrate and i sent them our passport details.
I received an invoice via email that was different to the one i received following payment on the site so I emailed them to ask about that.
The day before we were meant to check in, i get an email from them advising that they had double booked the room and that they had to cancel my booking.
I called them to discuss and was being told that there was an issue with their system which double booked the room and at a lower price so they would have to refund me. They did not assist with finding another room nor another place to stay, as noted in their email. Instead i was hung up on.
I called back to speak to the manager, only to be told the same and that they weren't sure when the refund would be completed as it sits with a third party. I asked why i was told this the day before we are to check in and they said they had only realised and had been trying to email me from 2 days before but the emails were not going through. They also said they couldnt whatsapp me due to not having my country code, yet they responded to my Whatsapp message confirming my reservation and receiving photos of my passport.
Avoid coming here for extreme unprofessionalism and lack of care. Our other resort staff were shocked to hear this experience as they note the very least the hotel should help look for an alternative given the issue is on their end.
