Recommended!

We stayed only one night for our daughter's swimming races, after a strange and bad experience with Ab&b and we were very satisfied. Clean and spacious room, friendly staff. In winter there is no breakfast but they offer coffee, juices, water and snacks. Bar and pizzeria opposite. It is on the road from Grosseto to the sea, very comfortable and quiet, we will return. Recommended.

Definitely recommended

We spent the weekend in this very cozy property a few kilometers from the sea, friendly and helpful owners. The breakfast was great and rich, the rooms very clean. Hope to return soon, definitely recommended.

Lovely hosts offering excellent value

The owners, the delightful Luisa and Marco, go out of their way to help you. They are full of recommendations about places to go and have agreements in place with a delightful restaurant up the road and with a lovely bathing establishment at Marina di Grosseto. The room was huge (actually, two rooms; a large bedroom plus a sitting room!) and spotlessly clean, and a lot of care went into decorating it. The bathroom was also nice and brand new. The hotel has air conditioning in the rooms, free wifi and parking on the premises. And breakfast was great, with fresh croissants, jam tarts and cake.
We were only there for a few days so didn't have time, but if you stay for longer you can take advantage of the barbecue for a cookout and there's a gazebo space for outdoor dining. (We were very tempted!)
We found the location to be great for us and very quiet. Since the hotel is not right on the beach we took advantage to go to several lovely beaches nearby but off the beaten track - again, thanks to the owners' suggestions. But you need a car, so if you're coming without a car you need to consider renting one or taking public transport.
We had a delightful two nights at this hotel thanks to Luisa and Marco: they really care about taking care of their guests and it shows!

Consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo appena concluso la settimana da Luisss con il nostro cucciolone
Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, camera ampia ben tenuta , pulizia eccellente! ogni giorno rientravamo con la camera pulita, in ordine e profumata

Perfetto!

Struttura immersa nella campagna maremmana. Ideale per una vacanza tranquilla. Le camere sono fantastiche, ampie e pulite. Noi abbiamo scelto l angolo cucina, dotata di ogni attrezzatura. Colazione sia dolce che salata. Bellissima la piscina ! Se non si vuole rimanere a Marina di Grosseto, facendo poca strada si può raggiungere altre località un po' più "mondane".
Per la struttura, una stella è proprio poco. Da ritornarci.
