Stayed one night

We had a great time, Owner kindness, clean room, probably we will return if in the future we review does those parts. Too bad we were only there one night, but we were passing through. Comfortable bed, good structure location.

Very welcoming!

We stayed at this charming B&B for one night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, also thanks to the great hospitality of the hosts. The B&B is within easy walking distance from the center of Locri and from the sea. Parking is on the street, but is free and it was easy to find a good parking spot right outside the B&B. Locri itself is also close to the beautiful hill town of Gerace.
The room was very spacious and clean, and well heated. The bathroom was not so large, but of adequate size and also very clean. Due to the winter weather we did not use the terrace or garden, but that outdoor area sure looked very nice too.
The best thing about this B&B was the hospitality and friendliness of the hosts, which was also exemplified in the wonderful breakfast with all fresh and local or even home-made products. The fresh orange juice made from oranges from their own land was simply delicious. We also tried a restaurant recommended by the B&B, called Winter Cactus (the summer one is presumably on the waterfront), which was a very good dinner experience.
We would definitely stay here again when returning to the area.

Very goog

This is such a lovely B&B. Feels like home. Beautiful rooms and a great service. Massimo, the owner, is a great host, guide and a very nice person. Beach is just 5 minutes walking away. Also the very beautiful old city Gerace is nearby.

Excellent !!!!!

This Accommodation, even though a little hard to find, was excellent in every manner. The staff were extremely helpful - making sure to answer all our questions.
The breakfast was sensational and as fresh as could be. Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable.
I could not fault Kalinikta, and apologise for the delay in reviewing. Thankyou to our new friends - Massimo, francesca and Thomas the cat …..

Great place with great hosts

We were visiting family in Locri and decided to stay close by at Kalinikta. The accomadations were wonderful. The room was very clean, beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. The owners, Massimo and Margarida, were fantastic. Each morning they provided an excellent breakfast that we ate outside in a very nice setting with beautiful music in the background. We really enjoyed it. Massimo was extremely helpful, he assisted me in meeting up with my family. I would not hesitate to stay at Kalinikta again and hope I will have the opportunity to do so in the future.
