Very satisfied!

Despite several negative reviews read, personally my husband and I had a very good time: it's true, the structure is a bit dated, but for us what really matters are the cleanliness and friendliness, as well as an exceptional breakfast... Everything and more, sweet, savory, hot, cold, fruit, cakes and many other things for every taste, excellent quality, with a view of the sea thanks to large windows, very kind staff, what more could you want? And then the price is proportionate to the stars, for us an excellent quality/price ratio. Even at the reception everyone was kind and helpful. We highly recommend.

Genuine

The obvious structure was some public building or similar, the room was still quite nice, but the shower was a little slow to let the water flow. Something obviously needs to be renovated, but it's modest advice. Kind and helpful in providing me with a hairdryer, which we hadn't found in a room, as well as the remote control for the air conditioner. Excellent location and flexible check in. The guardian is a splendid person, whom we salute

Disappointed

No fridge in the room
A week without replacing towels or cleaning the bathroom or cleaning the floor in the room
The room is dated, the bathroom is old and doesn't work well, the shower is very narrow and poorly positioned... plus there is a ring to place a sponge on, etc. the fixed shower is too high like the valuables...
Unfriendly staff except for a couple of people counted on the fingers of one hand...in addition to everything else everything is expensive even in the country zero friendliness you also pay for the air...
Zero accessibility throughout...
You go on holiday to meet new places, new people but there is none of that... just the sea is wonderful...

Stay away

We stayed at this property the week after August 15th and honestly it disappointed us quite a bit. Cramped room without wardrobe or furniture but only shelves created with plasterboard so everything is open. No space to put things down, indescribable bathroom with clogged and small shower, no mini bar (but perhaps in a 3-star hotel it is not mandatory) which is quite complicated in the summer, terrible cleaning and noisy cleaning staff to say the least (loud music in the rooms so as to wake up even those who weren't staying there). The icing on the cake was the breakfast which for 4 consecutive days offered us the same tart and the same plum cake because no one ate it (I left before they finished). Not even that cheap, in my experience it is to be avoided...

A hole in the water in Tropea!!!

I went with a friend of mine in August. After the first nightmarish night we decided to leave the facility. Dilapidated room, broken bed, we practically slept on the springs of a sunken mattress. Bathroom with taps from the 70s that leaked water all night. Noisy doors with no internal locking option, lift out of order, cleanliness that left something to be desired and towels not present and delivered at 7pm in the evening. Mediocre breakfast! For the asking price the structure is not worth it... we absolutely won't go back!!
