Oriental brand
It is conveniently located because it is a short distance from Keikyu Kamata Station, although I was a little lost as it enters an alleyway.
Tea bags and coffee are available in the cafe (free space) on the right hand side of the first floor entrance. It is available from 10:00 to 24:00. A coffee machine is set up near the entrance so you can take it back to your room, although it also serves as a breakfast venue so you can't use it before 10am.
It was a hotel I wanted to stay at again.

Great Location, Room, breakfast lower than expectations
The rooms were small. I know to expect small in Japan, but this was record breaking. The breakfast literally the worst in all my years of traveling. It was a good thing that 7-11 was so close.
The staff were friendly but a bit overwhelmed by the number of tour groups using the facility.

Room is decent size by Japanese standards, but not enough room yo seperate the two twin beds.
Still, was a pretty good stay.

Ideal as an Airport hotel before flying from Haneda
Even with luggage it was less than 4 minute walk from the Train station.
Check in is via automated machine - easy- but as soon as you have your key a real person will magically appear top make sure you know about where to get anyt amenities you may have forgotten -like a toothbrush, and show you where breakfast is served and where the lifts are.
Our room was ample is size, clean and quiet.
We both slept well
Breakfast was included in our room rate, I had seen a lot of bad reviews about the breakfast, so didnt hold out much hope, however I suspect these may have come from westeners not prepared to try japanese foods.
There is a coffee machgine - not the greatest coffee, and a choice of 2 croissant, small in size but have as many a s you want (these were also not great). Also Juices were available. However there was a hot miso soup dispenser - delicious, a smal varietry of buffet foods and lots of fresh rice. I did not leave hungry. Vedry pleased with the free breakfast indeed.
would definately consider using again.
