I have been traveling SE Asia for 4 months and this is the cleanest hotel we have stayed! The quality of the sheets are excellent. Location is very central. Large rooms. Will stay again!

What a colossal hole! It was so rundown and filthy the first thing I did was check for bedbugs. Fingers are crossed that not seeing them means they weren’t sharing my room. Staff was surly at best. I had booked for 4 nights but checked out early after the first. The automated kiosk wouldn’t allow it and when I explained I was checking out early to the man at the desk, he took my key card and threw it across the office.

location is good, clean room.

Free parking, room space, cleanliness, easy check-in/check-out machine and water dispenser on each floor are all plus points but the most important element for a good night sleep after a long day on the island would be the bed and it wasn’t a good experience. Won’t stay again simply because of the worn out and poor beds provided.

Basic Hotel , good location, Free parking

Free parking is a plus for Georgetown which were limited , hotel situated at good location , for breakfast lots of variety nearby like roti canai , kuey tiow teng noodle opposite hotel , I booked through Agoda stayed 3 nights for rm270+ ,my double room at level 3 ( there’s elevator ) Coway water filter to refill water or hot water with a thermo flask provided by hotel , friendly and helpful staff round the clock working .Just the air cond at my friend’s room was not cold enough they complained , my double bed was sunken in on the left side but I was staying solo so it was alright for me but would be uncomfortable for couples . Overall a pleasant stay for me .
