A great little place to stay for one / two people ( better if the couch was a pull put) Would recommend and would stay

Really 3.5 stars :)
Overall, it was an okay 2-night stay. We arrived in the morning and, not wanting to pay the astronomical price offered to us to check in early, we were most grateful for the opportunity to store our bags for free before the official check-in time (though it did take almost half an hour for someone to assist us once we were inside the complex).
The place appeared very clean (nice terrace area, though we didn’t use it … and that “pool” is definitely not a pool — heads up!) and there was excellent communication from the hosts prior to our arrival, which made for easy access upon check-in.
Our room was small, with basic kitchen stuff — but no kettle and no utensils, which would have been handy. Very small bathroom — unfortunately, not enough space to put anything (for example, there’s only one hook and no shelf space), the shower wasn’t very hot at all (the water actually shut off when we turned the handle to “hot”). We couldn’t get any hot water at all from the tap in the super small bathroom sink.
Good location — we felt safe the entire time, even late at night. 24/7 well-stocked, large supermarket across the street, with plenty of free parking in the area if you have a rental car (I don’t know why other reviewers said there wasn’t any parking?).
A couple of other negatives to our stay (though not 100% disruptive!):
- No power outlets near the bed
- The view from our room was of dumpsters
- The A/C was suuuuuuper loud and clunky — and if we wanted to close the curtains they had to go over the air-con unit, which meant we were no longer receiving the benefits of the air flow
- The apartment was also a tad loud with street noises throughout the night
Overall, whilst it’s only a 5-minute walk to a fabulous beach and we felt the area was decent (we definitely felt safe, even walking around at night), we probably wouldn’t stay here again due to the noise from the street, the teeny tiny bathroom, the loud a/c, and the location (we wanted to be closer to Old San Juan).

The best trip EVER!!!
Being that this is my 8th time here I absolutely loved the accommodations this stay provided! From extra towels, to responsive staff, the whole experience is a 10 out of 10!
Not to mention it’s so close to the Beach and many restaurants and local businesses!!!

Amazing Family Trip
The apartment itself was beautiful, spacious, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. The neighborhood was lively and extremely walkable, with easy access to everything. There was a Starbucks nearby and a large 24-hour supermarket stocked with grab-and-go traditional foods, making quick meals effortless. Plus, just a short walk away, we found a great strip of restaurants and nightclubs, perfect for exploring the local scene. The fact that the beach was also within walking distance was a huge bonus.
The only challenge was parking, it was an absolute nightmare. After a few days of observing the local parking patterns, we adjusted when we moved the rental and started using Ubers for shorter trips, which made things much more manageable.
Despite the parking hassle, our stay was amazing, and we’d absolutely return!
