Great location & staff
We were welcomed immediately by a friendly & welcoming reception. They had our room ready and we were able to settle in after a long flight. A nice welcome card was in our room as well, sweet touch.
Rooms were compact but very comfortable & efficient - truly we didn't miss the "extra space". It had great amenities bar sink, microwave, mini fridge, coffee, built-in filtered water.
Loved the location, easy to walk and explore Soho and surrounding neighborhoods. Even though we were in a lively & vibrant location with a lot of pubs & restaurants & people, there was no noise problem at all.
Staff was super nice and friendly, always greeting us with smiles & offers to help. A couple of standouts:
Diana (sp?) - who provided us with a list of restaurant recommendations
Rama - who filled my friend up with delicious candy
Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend & return.

It is great that you liked our facilities in our rooms and now that you mentioned our Molton Brown toiletries, it is indeed a great addition to what we offer. Our toiletries are installed in a dispenser to eliminate the use of small single use plastic bottles. A great step for our hotel to go greener.
Our hotel is the place to stay for anyone wanting to experience London from the inside out and for the food and drink lovers, Soho is the perfect place to sample a bit of everything. There is just so much to do and so much to see here in our exciting city.

Perfect Stay in Soho
Loved my stay at This’s hotel with my friends. The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was spotless and stylish, and the location couldn’t be better. Peaceful, comfortable, and right in the heart of everything. Highly recommend

Wonderful Soho hotel
They had a bottle of wine, chocolates, and a personalized birthday card for my daughter and I upon arrival for our birthday trip. They offer a complimentary glass of wine in the evenings. Hotel is located in an area that has very little street noise. Great location walkable to many things and plenty of restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay there again.
