Perfect place to spend vacation

Excellent service, the employees are kind and friendly and the food is amazing. The room is beautiful and sight to the sea is perfect.
I want to take a few line to give a special thanks to Milagros Mendoza, Nelson (breakfast waitress) and Ana Cabrera.
Milagros was really kind and so friendly with my reservation and always was watching for us and asking if we need anything.
Nelson is so diligent, gentleman so friendly and every morning he care about us serving with his particularly smile.
And Ana Cabrera always care about our room perfectly and I’ll never forget she especial note she left wishing us a wonderful day.
Thanks you all, sorry I can’t mentioned every one that give us an excellent services.
I hope we come back soon.

The most amazing hotel hotel in DR!

First off, this hotel is ocean front. From the time that I pulled in the resort, the butlers greeted me. Then I walked in and the check in process went flawlessly. I asked certain questions about the local supermarket and spirits store and they were answered with grace. I’m a Titanium Elite member with Marriott so I was honored a free upgrade to one of this hotels full ocean front rooms. The room had spectacular views. Also, because of my Elite status, I was able to enjoy two snack meals a day at the lounge. This was extremely joyous because after a long day of sight-seeing, you can become famish but the Club lounge was 24 hour access. I additionally, had a personal concierge service personal. She was amazing and she had the softest most welcoming voice ever. She told me that I had one complimentary massage. So I took advantage of that and the masseuse there, Teresa was absolutely amazing. I was unaware as to the point of total bliss that I needed but her hands were magical and I actually fell asleep. Besides he very helpful demeanor she was the definitely the nicest person in DR. The buffet breakfast at the restaurant was filled with local dishes and it was complimentary as well. Please, if you want a feeling of royalty and seclusion like I desired then I strongly suggest this hotel for all Bonvoy members.

Best hotel in Santo Domingo.

Beautiful Hotel. Perfectly situated close to the colonial zone and all the great attractions and restaurants. Great staff from Rafael el maletero to the great lobby bar bartenders to the phenomenal Massage with Teresa in the Spa. It’s my go to every time in Santo Domingo.

Fire

Comfy beds, clean room, comfy pillows, refreshing toilet paper, and great service. There is a great view of the shoreline here. Pool faces the ocean so there’s a clear view from up top. AC blows cold. Drinks and snacks are provided to allow for a comfy stay. Thank you

Great massage

Greetings I want to let you know every time I go to the sheraton I massage with Teresa Hainaut. Because he's very professional at giving massages of one hour each. I arrive in the last week of June, I am eager to be able to arrive to give me my two hours of massages. ATTN. HOWARD CORDERO LOPEZ.
