Good hotel

Nice hotel with good standards. Travelled with children, who had their own room - and got a room arranged for disabled people. Large room then, although the kids thought there was a little lot of handles and auxiliaries in the bathroom.
Breakfast was good with solid selection, a little lot of people, and things started to be cleaned away before the end at 11 a.m. The service at the hotel was excellent. Great gym.

Nice and clean hotel

Nice hotel with a good breakfast buffet. Reasonable price and in a good location with a walkable distance to most places in Stockholm. It was a well equipped room with a kettle, fridge, iron and ironing board. There is also a spa on the roof with discounts for hotel guests but still quite expensive. My only complaint is that the AC or ventilation can’t be switched off so my boyfriend and I woke up with a sore throat every morning of our stay.

Room for improvement

Rooms are very small when you have a couple with suitcases and hand luggage. I found the hotel hectic,
at breakfast, the rooftop bar and the lobby bar. the music is like in your ear wherever you go. Reception is undermanned. Bar staff downstairs could be friendlier we are helping to pay your wages and Sweden is expensive for us. Breakfast is extensive but very busy. Coffee is horrid and one machine working with all of these people is ridiculous. Rooms are average but hot, the air conditioning is not good if at all. this hotel was not central for me at all if you are into train and buses or walking kilometres yes, but it was hot in July. Beware of taxis in Stockholm too some are a ripoff.

Centrally located hotel

Hotel Clarion Sign advertises having EN swimming pool. DEt have DE - m one they don't say that you can only get access if you book a 2,5-hour SPA session for EN price of 395,- kr.
EEN more affordable solution for EN swimming should be an option for hotel guests.
DE recommend that you hang your towel if you can use it for several days. Not THEY sto less were toweled every day the four days I was there!
Otherwise it is a nice hotel with EN nice breakfast buffet.

Save your money and find another hotel

If I could give lower than one stars I would give it to this hotel. The rooms are old and musty and full of bugs - my wife got a nasty bug bite above her eye in the room and while the front office staff was polite but they did nothing except to switch us to another room which had non-operational cooking. We had booked 5 rooms and m3 of the 4 had non-operational cooking or some other issues. A special call out for the bartender with the manbun and tattoos who took rudeness to a whole new level when we went up to buy a drink. We are frequent travelers and have stayed at various hotels all over the world but this hotel is one of the worst. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

It's completely unacceptable to have old and musty rooms. The fact that you had to switch to a room with a non-functional kitchen, and that several of your rooms had problems, is simply not okay. The bartender's rude behavior is also completely unacceptable.
This is absolutely not the experience we want our guests to have. I will immediately escalate this feedback to hotel management for a thorough investigation of the rooms, staff conduct, and the bartender's behavior.
