Good
- Private beach
- Location and hotel territory is very peaceful
- Many kids activities and some for adults few times a week
- Good breakfast
Bad
- Worst coffee at the breakfast
- Not so clean. There was a cigarette butt left at the balcony
- Old and a bit tired hotel. No one is even interested in changing ads. There was a Christmas offer for dinner (we ve been there in march)
- Crowded. We waited 20 minutes during check-in

Payment?

I'm struggling to understand a few things.
We booked for December, got a booking reference was told the payment comes out straight away. No payment has been taken this is now over a week ago.
No confirmation email. I have contacted Krabi resort numerous of times with no response.

We booked two nights at the Krabi Resort, and our experience was disastrous from start to finish.
The only plus point: the hotel’s location, right next to the beach, in a setting that seems idyllic at first glance.
But for the negatives... where to start? The service is simply mediocre for a property supposed to be a 4-star. No luggage pick-up or accompaniment on arrival, although the site is vast, comparable to a small village.
The staff are slow, mocking, unconciliatory and unable to respond to even the simplest requests. It took three calls to the front desk — after having already requested it at the front desk — for someone to finally open the door to our room.
The icing on the cake: the hotel restaurant. Although it is empty (low season requires), we waited an hour to be served. The food arrived cold, the staff was unpleasant, refused to place us where we wanted, and did not accept payment by credit card. They even brought us the bill during the meal, without any delicacy. When we reported this behaviour at reception, no apology or compensation was offered.
Don’t expect better service at breakfast: nothing is fresh, the choice is very limited, the staff is absent and pays no attention to you.
Finally, the cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired. Beds are made in a hurry, and the maid entered the room without knocking at 8am to ask us to leave.

Avoid at all costs not worth it

The resort may look like a 4-star property from the outside, but the experience was far from it. The rooms were dirty, the service was poor, and overall, it felt more like a 1 or 2-star hotel. The resort is large and requires a buggy to get around, but even that was unreliable. On our first day, the buggy we requested never arrived. On the second day, despite having luggage, it took 10 calls and 40 minutes before one finally showed up.
Breakfast service was equally disappointing—four staff members stood around chatting while depleted items went unrefilled. When asked, they simply said 'no' and walked away. It’s clear the staff need proper training and the management needs a complete overhaul. We were so dissatisfied that we cut our stay short and left early.

awful service

the service at this hotel was terrible to non-existent, breakfast mainly consisted of Indian dishes and was often cold if you were not there early, staff looked miserable, and you often had to go looking for someone if you needed anything from the beach bar. the only good thing i had to say about this hotel were that the rooms were nice however the beds are very hard and even when you ask for a mattress topper they are very thin and didn't make much of a difference.
