Nice beach resort - however with some drawbacks
beautifully located directly on the sea. Rooms are practical and clean.
The service throughout the resort is always striving, but the English language skills are sometimes a bit too shaky.
But especially noteworthy is the super friendly and helpful receptionist. Also the massage team at the resort is very good and friendly.
Less well: you can see that not so much has been invested here in recent years. The new owners, a Dutch couple, will still have a lot to do.
Not good.
No fresh fruit juices are served at the pool bar, instead juices from the
Tetrapak. This should be different in a country like Thailand, where fresh fruit grows virtually in the country. It would also be beneficial to train the bar and restaurant team in terms of structure through the department management, as this could have a positive effect on the sometimes too long waiting times for orders.
Not so good:
Attention! The hotel is apparently a family hotel with many young children. Couples and solo travelers will probably have little fun here. The chatter from the toddlers is omnipresent throughout the day until the late evening hours. Several parents, some totally carefree, seem to care little about it.
So if they appreciate some peace and quiet, you should stay away from this resort
In principle, we wish the sympathetic owners every success with their portfolio. For us, unfortunately, it would not be possible for a second time.

A little disappointing.
Just a few hangers.
Weird bathroom: toilet and shower.
In the room bedroom a sink!!
The owner does not have the Thai welcome at all: quite rudimentary. She did not show us the beach the restaurant .. in short!! Not great!
Rooms with opposite and too dark.
Connecting rooms: no insulation! The neighbors are as if they were at home!!!
The rooms upstairs are better!!!

Not ideal for couples looking for some rest and relaxation !!
The resort is heavily geared towards families with children, which is less ideal for couples looking for peace and relaxation. Children's noise – screaming, crying, etc. – often drags on into the late evening hours, which significantly impairs recovery. Those seeking peace are forced to leave the facility. The pool area is also frequently crowded, with bathing suits and toys, further reducing the recreational value.
The experienced and friendly massage team as well as the always striving service staff should be emphasized positively, even if the English language skills are limited in some cases.
The resort owes its three stars mainly to its location and the kindness of the staff.
