I was a bit concerned at the start with my room but they changed the next day for me. I was right on the beach with a beach bar in front and a 5 minute walk to the village centre. Staff were great and very helpful

Horrific.

Disappointing and dirty, at best!!! Shower built near the toilet, on the ground. Mattress full of stains.
There is not even an outlet near the bed, not even the bedside tables
There's nowhere to put your clothes. All dilapidated
The only positive note: it is on the sea

We had a beach front room which we booked months before our trip. We had to wait for the guy to collect our luggage, if I was young & fit we would have dragged our cases to the resort. The beachfront room was on a tilt and the bathroom was more noticeable with all the cracked tiles on the wall and floor, bathroom door had to be lifted to be able to close as mossies came through the floor cracks. The shower gave of a sewage smell and pressure was nearly non existent especially the sink. We had no sheets, towels or room made up for our entire 1 week stay. Bin was on the balcony and emptied daily along with 2 bottles of water. We had to go to reception for toilet paper. We had 1 towel each for our entire stay. You need your own beach towel. Furniture is all wood and needs a good clean, the bed was very dusty where the mattress sits. Mossies came through the cracks on the floor on the side of the bed. Bathroom needs ripping out & new installed. For what we paid for beach access I’d expect a good bathroom and bed, it was hard. Setting on the beach was beautiful and the bar in front of our cottage was also good for bottles of small Chang’s at 100bht Smile & Sandy were lovely girls who worked hard.

If you are on a budget, its good! Since its koh phiphi expect people to be a bit noisy !!!
Otherwise, its fair enough.

In front of the sea

The only bungalows on the island on the only decent beach on the island, they are outdated but their location facing the sea is exceptional, not too busy in this place, this is a good stopover for staying one or two days on Koh phi phi, the restaurant next door has its feet in the sand and the tour organizer on phi phi lee is great!
