very friendly

when i first stayed in this hotel it was locateded on the 2nd road in pattaya were i found it hard to sleep so on my next visit i tried a new hotel when i would walk past if some of the staff saw me they would come and talk to me and ask why i had not stayed with them .they then told me that the hotel had been sold to mak way for new bars and the would be moving to a new hotel with the same name nearby so i gave it a go and how pleased it was although it had some new staff many of the old staff were still there and with the same great service as before and has for sleep it was far better than the last place t was in .but near to many bars so if you had a room overlooking the bars it was hard to sleep but i had a room on the other side of the hotel and had no problem sleeping .the rooms were cleaned everyday new sheets and towels and 2 free bottles of drinking water in room safe all the toiletries

keep away

robed by manager 2 safes broken into had to be the staff we were just out of our rooms for 2 hours our rooms were just next to reception the cctv cams did not work the manager said we must have spent the money over £1500 lol in 2 hours out of 2 safes how can 2 safes be open when we come in to our rooms i had the pass number and the key in my pocket its a short stay hotel for the girls rent rooms out by the hour

Hotels taking the mick

Booked 4 rooms with them one night in advance . Boss showed us one room and we said yes. Got there room looked ok. I found little insects in the bed and on the dresser in all the rooms . The safe is a Defo no unless u wanna get robbed. The woman who works there wants money all the time for nothing. And every rooms like 800 or a 1000 a night. It's to much. We won't stay again. The boss on night shift was ok he let us use the net free and help us find railway tickets
. Dodgy place go tune hotel round the corner much better. It is what it is.....

me and my friends rooms were broken into money missing out of our safe deposit boxes over £1700 out of 2 safes never no damage on room doors safe was open so someone had keys for door and safes our rooms were just near reception cctv cameras were not working never go no joy off manager
