Just what you expect, though the location was not spot on. With a cab you can get to the tram/train station and find your way to the European side of Istanbul. The breakfast was huge but not so much variety. It was worth money.

Excellent location away from craziness but still convenient to get everywhere.
Rooms are spacious and clean. Water provided daily. Great location next to Hilltown mall with different cafes and restaurants. Would highly recommend this hotel to tourists and foreigners.

Five Star Hotel, One Star Experience
I could say we almost matched the Turkcell staff because the curtains didn’t close the glass completely. The hotel''s only bonus is its location. I was invited as a speaker at an event, but for the first time in my life, I’ve seen a five-star hotel be so underrated.
The housekeepers and auxiliary staff were quite ignorant. The room marked as “city view” was actually overlooking the Turkcell building. The swimming pool was small and rugged, with one swimming and the other almost hit the neck. The locker rooms were extremely unfunctional, and the closets were so small that it felt like they were designed for the Charming.
They stayed in the cleaning class, too. Shower cabins contained hair marks and stains. To avoid future events and organizations, I will always forward this feedback to the companies and organizing teams involved.
