Amazing
I had an incredible experience at Lady Diana Hotel From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the hotel.

Hotel room not listed on website
The bed was not king size it was a double, the inner for the duvet was bigger than the cover. The bathroom had a weird smell and the ventilation was terrible as we had to keep the aircon on all the time. The hotel itself was also very dusty, it needs a deep clean.
The website says 4 star but my rating for Lady Diana Hotel is a definite 2.5 star.

Very good location.Exceptional views from the sixth floor.
But the bad breakfast, and we got the first floor that we had a tapestry to April the terrace and the bathroom smelling of sewer.
The smell didn't go away.
I wouldn't come back.

Didn't work out.
We lived five nights, it's not like the laundry wasn't changed, we didn't even make our beds. It was just covered with a blanket and no one touched the sheet. The sink, toilet and bathroom nobody washed once in 5 days, the handle on which toilet paper is hung just fell off and the cleaner put next to her, tea was not reported, the lids nobody washed, as they were with the plaque from tea and stood. Stupid garbage dumping, that's all.
We've been on the road all day and we had to let our family know we were okay, we got there. But there are also problems: when settling the wai fai did not work dumbly, no one warned at the reception, we had to come down immediately and find out. Also for all 6 days and 5 nights, the Wi-Fi was thrown out every hour and had to reconnect with the password. Anyway, trash!!!
Yes, the location is cool, but everything else is a nightmare: staff, cleaning, room condition. And for that price, you could have found it more clearly.
