Parking was across the street - expensive but that is to be expected in the city. Room was clean, staff super friendly and helpful. I didn't eat there, so many food and shopping options within walking distance.

Hotel not very clean

Hotel where everything is mediocre, Welcoming, Cleanliness (bathroom crados) , breakfast bof, only the bed is comfortable. Only positive its location.
I wouldn't go back to that.

unsafe bathroom

Unhealthy bathroom, totally filthy shower curtain. It is impossible to shower in such conditions. Lack of hygiene. Inadmissible for the price. Claim filed, refund request, no response...

The staff was kind and helpful but the room didn't feel clean, there were some marks on the towels and the bottom half of the shower curtain was dirty.

Overpriced, lacks the basics.

Stayed here as it it was close by to Orange Velodrome. It is a very basic hotel, they charge exorbitant prices for what they offer. €240 a night for a shoebox of a room. My daughter and I would take it in turns getting ready in the morning while the other went downstairs to get out of the way it was that small. The hotel lacks the most basic amenities and services. We didn't have our room tended to once, we had to go down to reception on day 3 and ask for toilet paper. There are no fridges in the rooms and the vending machines in the reception didn't work, so no cold drinks. I asked for some ice at breakfast and was told there was none. Breakfast is limited and bland. The staff are friendly and it is handy to the stadium and train station. We felt safe as two females getting two and from the stadium late at night. Would not stay here again unless it was at least a third of what we paid though.
