Correct for short stays.

Simple hotel but with very friendly staff. Correct breakfast and free garage. For a getaway to Bragança, more than acceptable. The facilities should be modernized a bit more, but the location is good and the attitude of the staff is excellent.

Unacceptable Behavior Toward a Loyal Guest

Our company has been booking rooms at this hotel almost every week for the past year, and I’ve personally stayed here regularly. Despite this loyalty, the staff consistently fail to treat guests with basic respect. Their communication is poor, and their tone is unnecessarily rude and dismissive. On 29th April 2025, I had one of the worst experiences yet—their unprofessional attitude completely ruined my stay. Being treated like this as a regular guest is unacceptable. Management urgently needs to address the staff’s behavior if they care at all about retaining business.

Hotel located in Bragança on the N103, which favors those who travel the entire length of this Mythical Road in the North of Portugal

We traveled the new Road Trip in the North of Portugal "ROTA NORTE" where on the first day we chose to stay in Bragança.
This Hotel * * is a good option for anyone taking this Road Trip.
It is located in Bragança, still on the N103, a road that connects the entire north of Portugal between the Coast and the Northeast part of Portugal over its 265km.
Hotel that offers a small garage that allowed you to park your motorbikes overnight (at this time parking is paid), which is an important factor in this choice.
Hotel that needs renovation work, but still offers the essentials for this type of stay.
Satisfactory breakfast!
Very favorable cost-benefit!

Two impeccable stars!

Very pleasant two night stay. The rooms are small but clean and have the essentials. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cost of the night is adequate and breakfast is sufficient. It is located in the central area of the city of Bragança and with quality restaurants, pastry shops and supermarkets right next door. Good hotel for a few nights.

Very good value

I stayed here four days in February 2020 and found it a very good place. Clean, quiet, pleasant room, good charcuterie breakfast and pleasant staff. The location is not quite central but it’s within walking distance of the city centre, the bus station and the citadel. There’s a cafe next door, a grocery story next to that, and other shops and services (including a laundry) on the same street. You have to see the citadel—there’s a residential neighbourhood inside the castle walls and you can walk along the walls for a great view of the city and the countryside.
