Worst hotel I have ever stayed at
We are well travelled and have stayed in hundreds of hotels across the world, but this is the worst we have ever stayed at. I would advise everyone to think twice about booking this hotel.
We found it was so bad that we asked to move rooms after a few hours as it is nothing like the photos, however as there were no other rooms and the wedding started the next day we were forced to stay for 1 night.
After taking the first shower the bathroom completely flooded to the point the water was reaching the main room.
During the night the bed broke and the leg was found to be sheared off.
The male receptionist wasn’t there in the morning therefore I left a note detailing the issues. On our return nothing had been done as he said he didn’t bother reading it. We explained the issues to which he responded that a few other showers had flooded before and that same bed broke last week and he tried to repair it (I am not sure what repair had been done unless they had tried re-welding it).
He informed us there was still no spare room and it couldn’t be fixed, but said we could leave and receive a full refund. Before we left my wife spoke to booking.com who spoke to the man on reception and they agreed that a refund would be made. On this we left and seeked another hotel, it was at a higher premium but at this stage we would have stayed anywhere.
We are still yet to receive a refund with booking.com who have informed us that the hotel now are not conforming. We are also in contact with the credit card company to seek a chargeback.
Stockholm is an amazing city so don’t spoil your visit by staying at this hotel!

This Inn ruined our stay
The Pension first gave us a room that was dirty (blood stain on pillow, the bathroom everything holds the disgusting shower curtain by a thread) a room so small that it could only hold a double bed, and the atmosphere was gloomy. With two girls arriving at the same time as us, we asked for a change of room. He refused until I showed him the unhealthiness and we expressed our dissatisfaction with the lack of a window. The other girls got a room upstairs, with a window, paying an extra 40 euros.
Having no more rooms available for us, we were given another room in the basement, larger but still uncomfortable. In addition, the use of the toilet was strictly forbidden for fear of flooding.
We spent three nights for just over 300 euros in a room called "room" when it had no window or comfort. Booking refunded me 47 euros after receiving the photos. I don’t think I can get more, but I want to share my experience to alert other travelers. Basement rooms are unacceptable and potentially illegal! I keep a bitter taste of my stay.

Unsafe, Unsanitary, and Misleading – Not Hotel Standard
To start, the room was infested with fleece, and I was bitten during the stay. This is simply unacceptable and raises serious questions about hygiene and cleanliness.
Secondly, the electrical setup in the room was clearly unsafe and not up to any kind of standard one would expect in a legitimate hotel.
Thirdly, it turned out upon arrival that the hotel couldn’t provide the same room for both nights. This was never mentioned at the time of booking, Being forced to switch rooms in the middle of a short stay is both inconvenient and unprofessional.
The reception staff lied to me upon arrival about noise levels and how they allocate rooms even about the security round the code key for the rooms.
The overall environment felt insecure, poorly maintained, and neglected, and I genuinely did not feel safe or comfortable during my time there.
When I tried to resolve the matter the front desk manager referred me to the booking platform Hotels.com, I was I was late told told the reservation was non-refundable—despite the serious flaws in the accommodation. The response I received was robotic and dismissive, with no acknowledgment of the unacceptable conditions.
I’ve used this platforms for years and have been very happy with the standard of accommodations—until now. This experience has made me seriously reconsider continuing with them, especially if hotels like this are allowed to remain listed without proper quality checks.
I do not recommend staying here. Even for one night, it’s not worth the risk or the discomfort.

The desk is manned only from 3-7 pm. The emergency phone number was never answered, tried 9 times.
I wanted to check out at 9 am and leave bags to be collected later in the afternoon. No one showed up in the morning. Cleaning lady came at 10.57 am and I waited at the counter until then. My ticket to visit a tourist attraction was wasted due to the delay.
Again when I talked to the guy in the afternoon, he didn’t feel sorry. He said “he had important personal matters to attend and no time to answer phone calls”.
