The hotel has done some renovation, front desk receptionist are very friendly, especially one of their staffs Mr Max Lee; very proactive and helpful person. Other staffs are also very kind and helpful.
The staffs up on 11th floor where they serve breakfast and lunch are friendly and those unable to speak English will use Google Translate to tell you what they can offer everyday (no breakfast buffet due to the pandemic is not yet over...).
This hotel is another good choice for those interested to visit Da Nang for a short trip.

Friendly hotel, conveniently located
WiFi is great, buffet breakfast has a Vietnamese feel, eggs available. Was always satisfied and well looked after.
Staff in reception are very helpful and happy and I would stay here again. This is my first stay in Da Nang and I would like to come back again.
